Managing Director
Striving to eliminate the barriers to success, Oscar has charged his team with making e-commerce accessible, efficient, and profitable for brands and sellers, domestically and abroad.
Mr. Barbarin earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan.

Anders Palmquist
VP of Marketplace & Retail Media
Anders has been at the heart of ARMR since its inception, working ceaselessly to provide a best-in-class client experience.
Possessing a staggering knowledge of the platform, Anders loves sharing ideas & creative solutions for brands to adopt into their Amazon strategy.
Anders is a proud alumnus of Saint John’s University (MN) with a BA in Mathematics. He and his family reside in Eden Prairie, MN.
Sara Blackburn
Director, Account Management
Sara joined ARMR in the summer of 2019, bringing over ten years of e-commerce experience. Sara spent four years at Amazon, launching and managing high-profile brands for the Fashion team. Most recently, Sara managed the Backyard team at Spreetail, Amazon’s top seller-fulfilled prime merchant.
A true Midwesterner, Sara earned her degree from Iowa State University and currently resides in Omaha, Nebraska.
Roman Hanson
Senior Account Manager
and Data Lead
Joining ARMR in 2020, Roman brought a robust background in e-commerce and supply chain. In his three and half years at Amazon he worked in consumer packaged goods, high-end footwear, and launched (what is now) the Amazon Business program. Most recently, he worked in luxury skin care as a Supply Chain Manager.
A graduate from the University of Washington, Roman spent over 20 years in the Seattle area before relocating to North Carolina.
Patrick Holloway
Senior Account Manager
and Process Lead
Patrick holds a decade of experience working at and around Amazon. At Amazon he worked in copyright infringements, fraud investigations, brand management, and Launchpad. After Amazon, Patrick worked in both the Amazon agency and brand aggregator spaces. With specialties in operational performance and adhering to Amazon best practices, Patrick helps business owners get familiar with Amazon.
A graduate from the University of Idaho, Patrick resides in Seattle, WA.
Manik Dash
General Manager (ASUP) and Finance Lead
Manik joined the ARMR team in 2017, with a wealth of experience leading Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, financial preparation, and general accounting responsibilities.
Manik leads ARMR’s tactical support teams (ASUP) as well as financial preparation and reconciliation processes.
Emmanuel Castillo
Sr. Advertising Manager
Emmanuel joined ARMR in Spring 2022 with a strong background in Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising and eCommerce strategy. In his 8 years working in different business verticals, he has been able to generate strong results with his relentless approach for high-performance, results-driven methodology with the sole focus on generating more revenue, value and an overall, a better experience for our clients.

Keiberlyn joined ARMR in Spring 2022 as an imaginative digital advertising strategist with extensive hands-on experience in digital marketing. Keiberlyn has a proven track record of delivering cutting-edge ad campaigns and innovative marketing strategies that accelerate growth, increase demands and maximize emerging media budgets in her 5 years of experience.

Imran has been in the Amazon Sponsored Ad field for 6+ years and has a proven track record of delivering growth for his client partners on Amazon. His work with major brands and other agencies has been recognized in the field. Imran is committed to data-driven decision making, leveraging programmatic tactics, and creating artful campaign strategies that blends immediate sales with long-term brand awareness.
