About the Role
The Sales Leader at ARMR plays a pivotal role with an exclusive focus on new business development. The person in this position is tasked with acquiring at least 25 high-quality clients each year, acting as the initial touchpoint between ARMR and its prospective clients.
In terms of client acquisition, the Sales Leader is not confined to traditional methods. They have the opportunity to collaborate with various channel drivers, such as tool providers who have shown significant interest in our client base, enhancing the prospects for mutually beneficial relationships. This represents an excellent pathway for client development that we expect the Sales Leader to expand further.
Moreover, while the Sales Leader will primarily "hunt" in ARMR's established service offerings, they also have the flexibility to identify and explore new opportunities. From ad-only management to expert witness work, this role comes laden with the chance to diversify our service portfolio.

Responsibilities
Identifying target companies in sectors like food, fashion, beauty, toys, tools, pets, and home.
Conducting outbound email campaigns and attending trade shows for client acquisition.
Presenting ARMR's e-commerce management services effectively to potential clients.
Negotiating and closing service agreements.
Ensuring high client retention by focusing on long-term relationships.
Personal Qualifications
Executive Presence
Exceptional persuasive abilities.
Strong comprehension of client pain points in e-commerce and brick-and-mortar sectors.
Capacity to resonate quickly with brands.
Patience to navigate a sales cycle that can take several months.
Ability to work independently and build strong relationships with stakeholders
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Required Skills
Exemplary Written, Oral, and Interpersonal Communication Skills
Concrete understanding of e-commerce principles, strategies, and terminology
Proficiency in business development strategies.
Skilled in negotiation and presentation.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, particularly Amazon and Walmart.com.
Proficient with Microsoft Office software suite, specifically Excel
Hubspot Expereince
Sequence and Outbound campaign management
History of working with Offshore support
Professional Experience, Qualifications & Education
Prior experience in business-to-business sales is required.
Familiarity with e-commerce and retail dynamics is required.
Bachelor's degree in a related field is desired; additional qualifications such as an MBA will be advantageous.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary:
$5,000 USD/month
Commission:
"Hunting" Commission: 5% of paid client invoices for new client signings.
"Farming" Commission: 2.5% of paid client invoices for client retention.
